Impromptu Muesli with White Tea

Today's impromptu muesli:

  • 25g oats
  • 5g wheat bran
  • 3g sunflower seeds
  • 4g almonds
  • 5g raisins
  • 50g milk
  • 50g natural yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • ~10 grapes

Are these measurements rediculous or what?

Bircher muesli

Spinach, potato, tomato egg thing

Day 8

Breakfast: Bircher Muesli with apple, oats, raisins, dried cherries, flax seed. Topped with banana, yogurt and toasted pecans. Served with tea.

Lunch: Fried egg with baguette, sauerkraut, avocado and tomato. 

Snack: Apple and greek yogurt.  A few olives at some point.

Dinner: Tempeh sloppy joe with baguette, grilled onions and peppers, salad. To drink, a negroni and half a St. Peter's Mild Ale. For dessert, banana, berries and greek yogurt.

I got in a walk first thing in the AM and also mowed the lawn in the afternoon. A bit of a sleepy day from the prior night's lasagna / booze fest. August is coming, and I feel like it's an opportunity. My main client is on holiday and I don't have many plans in the calendar. I hope that means a bit of a vacation from ... well... this life vacation I seem to be on ITO food and drink. I know I'm not miserably out of shape, but I want to feel good. That means cutting way back on booze, less frequent desserts, and eating at a reasonable hour so I don't go to bed with a full tummy. I might even give up caffeine. I've done it before and I can do it again.
